This Privacy Policy explains how Clancy June LSAT Prep LLC, doing business as ("DBA") Science of the LSAT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://scienceofthelsat.com/ (the "Site") or use our LSAT tutoring services (the "Services").

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly. When you sign up for our email list, book a tutoring session, make a purchase, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if you provide it)
  • Billing and payment information
  • Any other information you choose to share (for example, your target LSAT score, study goals, or messages you send us)

Payment information. When you pay for Services, your payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our own servers. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages you view and links you click
  • The website that referred you and search terms used
  • Date and time of your visit

We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, schedule, and deliver our tutoring Services

  • Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clancy June LSAT Prep LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic.

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, for this purpose. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Email Communications

When you sign up for our email list, we may send you marketing and promotional messages. Every marketing email includes an "unsubscribe" link, and you can opt out at any time; we will honor opt-out requests promptly. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to your transactions, such as payment receipts or scheduling confirmations.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we will delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults preparing for the LSAT and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. 10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
